Subtitles Only Page [PRO+]

You want to show original or translated subtiles on a large video wall as lower thirds, or in your video stream? For that we have the "Subtitles Only Page" that you can configure according to your needs.

Note: This is a PRO+ feature that is only available upon request. If you want to use it contact us at [email protected]

Example

Here is an example how the page looks like:

Settings and parameters

You can make the settings changes either in the settings modal or directly in the URL. Updating the settings in the modal will also update the parameters in the URL. These are the settings you can make (like color, font size, spacing, etc.):

How it works

After the feature has been activated in your account:

Step 1: Paste this link in the browser of the computer that will be captured by your video software

https://livevoice.io/en/streaming/subtitles?code=xxxxxx&language=en

Step 2: Insert Code in URL

The 6-digit code in the URL needs to be the speaker code of the channel you are using to speak into. Note that you have to enable the subtitles you want for that channel first to make it work.

Step 3: Define language or transcription in URL

Replace the "en" in the URL with your language code (e.g. de for German, es for Spanish, and so on).

OR: If you use it for Original Subtitles, instead of the language code you insert "transcript"

Until you have made all these settings, an error message will be shown on the subtitles page.

Step 4: Define settings according to your needs

When you have done all this and go live with the audio channel, the subtitles will be displayed.

When you open the page first, it is set with default settings (white background, black text box). Depending on what your video streaming program can do, you should pick the color you need for keying.
