How to download intro sheets and slides

1. In your event admin interface, click the big orange button "Share with your audience"

2. Choose what occasion is right for you (e.g., Language interpretation) and click on "Download sheet" or "Download slide"

B. TEXT TEMPLATES FOR WEBSITE/EMAIL

Remind your audience to bring their devices and headphones.

Here you find some wording templates you can use to inform your listeners, for example on your website or via email. Simply copy these snippets and adapt them to your needs.

For on-site events

English:

At the event, we offer translation into different languages via the smartphone app LiveVoice.

Therefore, please bring your smartphone including headphones with you. Wi-Fi will be available at the location.

Please download the app already ahead of the event by following this link: [insert your event smart link]

German:

For online events

English:

We offer translation into different languages for our video livestream via the smartphone app LiveVoice.

You can watch the livestream here and turn down the sound.

>> If you want to listen to the translation on your smartphone or tablet, download the LiveVoice App from the Apple App Store or Google Play to your mobile device. In the app, enter the code XXX XXX to listen.
